In silver, an eight point star with clusters of five faceted rays, the obverse medallion in silver gilt features an Albanian helmet, on a blue enamel ring, surrounded by a green ring with the super imposed fasces at 6 oclock and knotted rope with the letters F E R T in between, the reverse offers a single vertical pin, with makers cartouche of E.
