Description
The body of the sculpture is in near perfect condition
while the neck and lower half are painted a very pale blue
I believe it is quite an early example of Winfield Pottery
which tells the story of its making
One hinge is attached by a fitted wire rather than the original pin and one corner of the box is slightly bent (both well documented in the photos)
