then the wine is transferred to foudre where it stays for fermentation and élevage
2019 Xavier Vignon, Vacqueyras, Rhone, France Monteraponi Bottled unfined60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvdre Grenache fermented and aged in small concrete tanks. Syrah fermented in tanks, then (after malolactic fermentation) aged in barrels of one wine during 12 months. Mourvdre aged in combination of one to three year old barrels.
