Distillerie de Biercee Peket de Houyeu Belgian Genever Grower Champagne made from a blend ofA pure grain genever distilled from a fermented mash of rye and malted barley. Its recipe is ancestral, 100% natural, and with no artificial additives. The name of this genever translates as 'coalminers' genever'. It's the brief period of ageing in oak casks that gives it its amber colour and its characteristic notes of vanilla. An authentic Walloon product that only exists in its traditional stoneware bottle.
